I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. I’m also a Level II Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) practitioner, a registered Introspective Hypnosis practitioner, and a big believer that transformation happens on every level—emotional, energetic, and existential.
Over the years, I’ve trained with incredible teachers and techniques, including advanced hypnosis work with Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman, Neuro Linguistic Programming with Ali Campbell. I’ve also learned a ton from the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza—his insights around the quantum field and consciousness continue to shape how I show up in this work.
Like many during lockdown, I dove deeper into the study of energy. I became certified in Reiki, explored different clearing and balancing modalities, and—of course—completely fell in love with the Akashic Records and the vast weirdness of the quantum field. These days, I spend a lot of time channeling in the Records, tuning into Metatron (the archangel of sacred geometry, multidimensional communication, and excellent boundary work), and helping others remember what their soul has been trying to tell them for lifetimes.
I’ve been reading tarot and collecting metaphysical tools for over 20 years—so yes, I have a collection and no, I’m not sorry.
I’m endlessly curious. Education, for me, is not a checklist—it’s a channel. I’ll always be learning, always exploring, and always bringing that exploration into my work with others.
My Personal Story
I’ve been exploring timelines since before I could spell “timeline.”
At the age of four, I started experiencing past lives—not as dreams, but as full-color, full-sensory downloads. I’m talking temperature, texture, smell, emotion… the whole immersive soul memory package. These weren’t imaginary or made-up. They were real. And confusing. And a little intense when you’re still learning the alphabet.
Windows of time would open—just long enough for me to step in, look around, and wonder, “Why am I seeing this?”
I’d try to ask the adults around me, but it was clear... I was speaking a language no one else remembered.
That question—Why?—followed me for years. And, of course, the Records waited until much later to answer.
In college, I studied art and design (translation: I learned that creativity is its own kind of time travel). When I was in flow, new visions came through—glimpses into timelines that weren’t mine... and maybe were. It cracked me open to metaphysical teachings, to the nature of time, and to the truth that reality isn’t exactly behaving the way we’ve been told it should.
I became obsessed with the idea that time isn’t linear. (Thanks, Einstein.)
That obsession led me to Dolores Cannon and the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique®. Her work with the subconscious opened something wide in me. I booked a session, showed up with a long list of questions—and my Higher Self answered the big one I’d carried since childhood:
“You chose to have a positive religious experience in this lifetime. But we wanted you to remember there is more.”
My guides told me that Religion was a "pocket" and that I have lived many lifetimes beyond the pocket and they didn't want me to get stuck in a cozy community of Christians. So they needed to put something in place to crack the fascade.
That answer changed everything. Every time I slipped into societal conditioning—trying to shrink, fit, perform, prove—my soul would crack open another timeline window and whisper, “Hey. Wake up. There’s more.”
So now, that’s the work I do.
I help people explore their past lives. I help them access their Akashic Records. I help them clear blocks that don’t belong to them anymore. And I help them remember what they already know.
Your experience will look completely different than mine—and that’s exactly the point.
Every soul is unique. Every reading is personal. Every session is tailored to your energy, your goals, and your sacred weirdness.
